What sort of people do we hire?
We predominantly recruit people based on their attitude, professionalism, potential and skill sets rather than qualifications (though this varies depending on the role). We value proactive people who show initiative and want to develop and learn quickly, who really care about the work they produce, help their colleagues, and reflect our brand – whilst delivering outstanding service.
For Account Management and Sales roles, customer service experience in a high-quality environment is required. We want people who share our passion and are on board with our customer-first vision. Experience and expertise in payroll and HR are an advantage.
We like to help our employees channel their skills in a specific area, so if we hire a specialist who quickly shows potential and interest in a different role, we’ll be happy to explore that career option with them as we like to retain our talented employees and help them grow.
