Global branch and business formation
A legal entity gives you a local presence abroad that validates your company there. It allows you to decide how to pay your local employees, means you have registered with local authorities and demonstrates that you have the capital to open a local bank account, hire and pay staff compliantly. PeoplePay can do all of this for you.
We can also help you to decide whether you need to set up a branch or a subsidiary – and handle all of the administration for you.
Branch v subsidiary
A branch is created by a parent company to perform the same business at a different location. It is owned wholly by the parent company – as are its liabilities – and reports into it.
The controlling interest in a subsidiary is totally or partially held by another company (normally a holding company), with the parent company owning a stake. A subsidiary is responsible for its own accounts and may engage in different business to the parent company.

Directorships & secretarial
Some countries require companies to have a local director. PeoplePay can provide this across all of our territories as required. We work with a team of regional associates which means we present directorships as a single offering alongside company formation.
We can even offer regional secretarial services to help you manage a registered office in any location, and support our clients with administration duties for that company.
